About

  • Greek Week Incorporated is a non-profit philanthropic 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to raise monetary support for local charitable organizations through cultivating leadership, service, and community within the UCLA campus and the greater Los Angeles area.  Greek Week incorporated also aims to promote diversity and understanding through partnerships with campus and community organizations.

Greek Week as we know it today at UCLA began in 2006. What began as a dream by then Panhellenic President, Rachel Iker, has evolved into an event uniting all 6 Greek councils. During the month of February, fraternities and sororities are randomly assigned to teams who compete in a variety of events. Daily events include such things as the faculty/staff appreciation day, Greek Games, other events. Students give back to the community through the annual blood drive and service day activities. Greek Week culminates with the Greek Gala and Awards.
